You may refund the products purchasing from Juva Skincare official website if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. In all cases, products must be returned in new condition along with the accessories or gift if any.
Return of Online Purchase by Mail
- Step 1. Contact Juva Skincare Customer Service through email firstname.lastname@example.org. Return mailing address will be provided via email.
- Step 2. Place the products in the original shipping box. If the original packaging is not available, please prepare a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.
- Step 3. Send the package to the assigned mailing address through a logistic provider you trust and email the tracking number to email@example.com
- Step 4. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our service center, it takes 2 business days to process the refund and can take up to 3-5 days for the refund amount to show up in your assigned account. Juva Points which were redeemed by the original order (if any) will be refund as well.
Note: Returning request must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase. If the partial return makes you lose the qualification of free gift, the gift has to be returned together with the package as well.
